Payroll Officer needed for a role until July ****.Your recent company An established not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join its collaborative payroll team on a fixed-term contract through to July ****.
Supporting a large and diverse workforce, this role offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume payroll environment where accuracy, customer service and compliance are highly valuedYour new role Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services while providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders.Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforceProcess payroll changes including commencements, variations and terminationsReview and validate timesheets prior to payroll processingMaintain accurate employee payroll records and documentationRespond to payroll enquiries from employees and managersPrepare payroll reports and assist with payroll reconciliationsSupport workers compensation administration and reconciliationsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across payroll processesEnsure compliance with awards,
