Customer Insights – Journeys
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Dataflows)
You'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Delivery Managers, and our AI & Innovation team, contributing to some genuinely exciting innovation initiatives.What You'll Be Doing
Leading client workshops and translating business needs into functional designs
Supporting pre-sales through demos, solution positioning and high-level requirements




Delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations
Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 solutions
Designing Power Platform solutions that deliver real business outcomes
Supporting UAT, training and post-go-live activities
Working in Agile / Iterative delivery environments using Azure DevOps
Providing high-quality support to Managed Services customers via JIRA Service Desk
