People & Culture Officer Your New CompanyAn opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Officer to join a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Leederville.
Supporting a team-oriented People & Culture team, you will play a key role in delivering generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle while contributing to a positive and people-focused workplace culture.This temporary assignment requires an immediate start and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an organisation that is dedicated to supporting the local community.Your New RoleReporting to the People & Culture Manager, your responsibilities will include:Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employeesPreparing employment contracts, variations and HR documentationManaging onboarding and offboarding processesMaintaining employee records and HR systemsSupporting recruitment activities, including advertising, screening and interview coordinationAssisting with performance management,
