Payroll Compliance Manager needed for a 9 month contract.Your new company A leading national organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Compliance Manager to join its high-performing payroll function on a 9-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll compliance specialist to take ownership of payroll governance, compliance frameworks and audit activities within a large, complex setting.Your new role Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you will lead a small team while driving payroll compliance, governance and risk management initiatives across a large-scale payroll operation.
You will work closely with finance, HR, employee relations and key internal stakeholders to ensure legislative compliance and payroll accuracy.What you'll need to succeed Lead payroll compliance, governance, and control frameworksEnsure ongoing compliance with payroll legislation, awards, and employment obligationsConduct payroll audits and identify areas of risk and improvementInvestigate and resolve complex payroll compliance mattersReview and enhance payroll policies, procedures,
