Monadelphous is seeking experienced Mechanical and Structural Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across Coal Mines in the Bowen Basin.
This role offers permanent and casual positions with rosters across our sites.
You will lead mechanical crews, ensure HSE compliance, oversee planning and execution of shutdown tasks, and foster a safety-first, team-oriented culture.
A minimum of 2 years in site-based supervision and a recognised mechanical trade certificate
