About the Role Working closely with independent retailers and key clients, you will be responsible for:Managing and developing a portfolio of independent customers and key accountsBuilding strong, long-term relationships with customersIdentifying opportunities to increase sales and grow existing accountsDeveloping new business opportunitiesWorking closely with customers to understand their needs and identify commercial opportunitiesMonitoring sales performance and achieving agreed targetsProviding market and customer insights to the broader businessRepresenting the brand professionally in the marketTaking ownership of your territory and driving resultsAbout You We're looking for someone who is commercially hungry, proactive and ambitious.
You will ideally have:Experience in FMCG, retail, wholesale, field sales or a related environmentA robust understanding of retail and independent customersProven experience in account management, sales or business developmentA strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales growthExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsThe confidence to identify opportunities and turn them into resultsA proactive and hands-on approachStrong negotiation and influencing skillsThe ambition to take the next step in your careerMost importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build something and grow with the business.
