Cannington, Vic ParkSouth East – Male requested for gym / exercises TRAVEL REQUIREDArmadale/ Gosnell's area Female only requested – lady for a variety of active activities in the community and assisting another lady with sensory activities – severe dementia in a facility.Northern and Southern Suburbs- TRAVEL REQUIRED – MUSIC Skills- guitar and or Art skills valued.Positions available for Therapy Assistants/Support Workers with experience in dementia care.
The ideal applicant will have a passion and dedication to enriching the quality of life for those with early onset dementia and aged care clients living at home or in aged care residences.
A warm and caring nature, reliability, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
The applicant will need to be able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to follow directions given by Therapy Assistant Co-Ordinator as well as Occupational Therapists and/or Physiotherapists.Duties will extend to activities related to a person's interests, exercise and social needs,



as well as providing emotional support.
An applicant with a compassionate and patient nature is required and essential for the role.
