Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. in Australia is seeking a Service Desk Engineer - Audio Visual to join our hybrid team, supporting AV systems across meeting spaces and executive events.
You will deliver Level 1 and 2 incident resolution, monitor system performance, and maintain documentation.
The role requires customer‐facing skills, hands‐on AV tech experience (Teams Rooms, Webex, Crestron, AMX), basic networking, and a proactive approach to incident management in an SLA‐driven workplace.
