What You'll Be Doing
Every day will be a little different, but your work may include:
Domestic cleaning and household assistance
Supporting clients to live independently at home
Building trusted relationships and meaningful connections
Providing companionship and a friendly face
Encouraging social connection and participation
Observing and reporting changes in wellbeing
Maintaining service records and client documentation
Following care plans and organisational guidelines
For many of our clients, you may be one of the few people they see that week.

About You
You'll bring:
Experience in Community Aged Care or Home Care
Domestic cleaning experience within clients' homes
A caring, respectful and compassionate nature
The ability to work independently
A genuine passion for supporting older people
You'll Also Need
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations highly recommended
