AusConnect Underground Services is currently seeking experiencedDirectional Drillers, Excavator Operators, Civil Crew members and Labourersto join our growing team based in Mulgoa, NSW.
We deliverunderground utilities and civil infrastructure projectsacross NSW and the Eastern Seaboard, offering stable work, a strong pipeline of projects, and opportunities to grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain directional drilling equipment (HDD)
Operate excavators and civil machinery for trenching and site works
Perform general labouring duties as required on-site
Assist with installation of underground utilities and services
Follow all WHS requirements and safety procedures
Work as part of a reliable and productive crew
Skills & Experience
Experience in Directional Drilling, Excavation or Civil Construction
Valid Driver's Licence - MR, HR, HC or MC (essential)
Construction White Card (essential)




Relevant high-risk tickets (highly regarded)
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to contribute across tasks
