You'll mentor dedicated local staff, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help shape care standards that truly reflect the needs of the community.
To be successful you'll need:
Minimum 2 years' experience managing clinical care in an aged care setting (CCC, NUM, CCM or AHS)
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team development
Proven ability to drive quality outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to support operational needs, including occasional shift coverage
High level of organisation and adaptability, with a commitment to innovation and excellence
AHPRA Registration
