This is a wide-ranging role combining sales administration with creative and proactive sales support.
You'll need to be organised, flexible and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Managing advertising bookings, material, and deadlines
Responding to client and agency enquiries
Liaising with clients, agencies, and newspaper publishers
Providing general sales administration and team support
About you
Strong administration and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
Ability to learn systems and processes quickly
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel




Strong communication and client service skills
A positive, flexible, and can-do attitude
Ability to work well as part of a small team
Previous experience in media, advertising, marketing, or sales support would be preferred
