The role is permanent full time with 38 hours weekly, classified as Clinical Nurse Specialist Gde 2, with remuneration of $128,****** - $132,****** per annum.
You will work within the End-of-Life Services team, delivering holistic, person-centred care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary group to support patients and families through life's final journey.
