SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network seeks a part-time Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant for the Northgate Neuro Behavioural Unit.
You will plan activities, support care planning, and engage with residents and families to enhance wellbeing.
Role emphasizes person-centred care for older people with dementia and BPSD.
30 hours/week, ongoing, with pro-rata salary and perks under the AHA2 agreement.
Applicants must obtain clearances and meet SA Health requirements.
