Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join the Support at Home Care team in Port Pirie.
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver person-centred nursing care to help older people stay protected and independent in their own homes.
You must be an Enrolled Nurse registered with AHPRA, with at least three years of nursing experience, ideally in aged care or community settings.
