About The Role:
Lead large, multi-skilled teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong financial performance
Coach, mentor and develop team members to unlock their potential and build future retail leaders

Spend quality time on the shop floor connecting with customers, identifying opportunities and leading by example
Partner with the leadership team to execute store strategies and chieve key business goals
About You:
Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally department stores or other cusotmer-focused environments
Passion for creating engaging customer experiences and building high-performing teams
Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on', collaborative approach and a track record of growing talent
Commercially minded with experience driving sales, productivity and operational outcomes
Confident communicator who can lead through change and inspire others
Resilient, ada;table and energised by working in a fast-paced environment
