School Plus is seeking a passionate and experiencedService Leaderto lead our welcoming45-place OSHC service at St Kieran's Primary School, Moeon afixed-term contract through to 30 May ****.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator ready to step into leadership, or an experienced Service Leader looking to join a supportive organisation where relationships come first.
In this close-knit service, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with children, families, your team, and the school community while leading a program that helps children learn, play, grow and belong.
About the Role
As Service Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, support and mentor educators, and create engaging experiences that positively impact children's development and wellbeing.
You'll:
Lead the daily operation of the OSHC service, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
Build strong relationships with children, families, school staff and the wider community
Support, mentor and inspire a team of educators
Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where children thrive
Plan and oversee engaging play-based programs that encourage learning, creativity and fun
Manage rosters, administration and service documentation
Drive positive outcomes through strong leadership, organisation and communication
Champion child safety and wellbeing in all aspects of service delivery

About You
We're looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about creating outstanding experiences for children and supporting high-performing teams.
You'll have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, School Age Education and Care, or recognised equivalent
Previous experience in OSHC, childcare, education or a leadership role
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
