Infosys is seeking an EUC Support Engineer based in Perth to provide L2/L1 support for EUC devices, including Windows PCs, Apple devices, and mobiles.
The role requires ITIL-based support experience, solid customer service, and ability to work with vendors to resolve incidents.
You will engage in patch management, device imaging, and remote/mobile device provisioning, with hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to grow in a global digital services leader.
