An exciting prospect exists for a motivated, hardworking individual to launch a rewarding career in Sports Turf Management.
You will work alongside an experienced maintenance team to maintain high-quality turf and surrounding infrastructure, ensuring optimal presentation, safety, and playability.
Key responsibilities
Learn to operate and maintain specialised turf machinery and mowing equipment
Assist with daily routine maintenance
Assist with pest and disease management programs
Perform general course and facility presentation duties (bunker maintenance, changing hole locations, edging)
Complete studies toward a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management
About you
Genuine passion for Golf or the sports turf industry
Strong work ethic,



reliability and willingness to work early mornings (hours are 5.30 am - 2.30 pm) with some weekends expected (5.00 am - 9.00 am)
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety guidelines
A current driver's licence or reliable transport is an advantage
Full-time employment throughout the traineeship with protected, paid training/TAFE release days and the possibility of full-time employment if the applicant completes the appropriate training
Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) provided
