You will work within Dementia Support Australia to support people living with dementia and carers, delivering hands-on, evidence-based dementia support and advice in diverse care settings.
This fixed term contract runs until June ****, with adaptable hybrid work and opportunities for training and career development.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel are required.
