You will report to the Regional Manager, overseeing clinical care, staff, and daily operations in a secure, resident‐centred environment.
The role requires solid leadership, a background in aged or medical care, and a commitment to delivering high‐quality care.
Prior management experience and system familiarity are essential for success.
