Hunter Douglas is launching the Global Management Trainee Program (GMT), a 10‐month leadership development journey that immerses you in the business from day one.
You'll rotate through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product and Customer Service, with hands‐on operations and project work during each rotation.
Trainees are paired with a mentor, connect with global leaders, complete a four‐month project, present a capstone to leadership, and are positioned for a full‐time role on completion.
