Bankstown Sports' La Piazza in South West Sydney is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Chef de Partie to help run a high-volume Italian kitchen.
You'll own your section, work efficiently under pressure, and contribute to consistent quality during peak services.
We're after 2–3 years in a similar role, strong HACCP knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm, organised, and flexible across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
In office parking and meals included.
