As a Sales Representative in the insulation industry, you will manage a sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities and ensure customers receive exceptional service and support.
You will be a key member of the team, contributing to the next phase of business expansion.
Key responsibilities
Manage and progress a sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to closing
Identify and convert new business opportunities into active accounts
Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records daily
Analyse customer trends and provide insights to support pricing, product development and service improvements
Represent the business professionally in all customer interactions
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency
About you

Proven ability to negotiate and secure profitable outcomes
Positive attitude with a solid, team focused approach
Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep the team informed each day
Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver fast, accurate results
Experience within the insulation or building materials industry is advantageous
Familiarity with insulation products such as batts, roofing blanket, sarking and vapour permeable membranes is preferred but not essential
