Due to continued growth,PlanPacis seeking an experiencedProject Managerto support our team across a diverse portfolio of projects, includingnew builds, refurbishments, and redevelopments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Management and Contract Administration, Government Approvals, and similar.
This position is based in ourTownsville office, this role offers exposure to multiple sectors, regional and international project delivery, and the opportunity to further develop your capability as a well-rounded Project Manager.
About the Role
Located in our Townsville office, you will be responsible for:
Deliveringvarious construction projectsacross the region and throughout the Pacifc frominception through to completion
This role is office based but managing offshore projects may involvetravel to PlanPac's PNG and Fiji locations, as required
Preparingreports, briefs, and project documentation
Preparingproject scoping, tendering, and procurement activities
Leadingconsultant and contractor engagement
Overseeingcontract administration and construction delivery
Providing regular updates to stakeholders and building strong client relationships
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and proven experience in delivering construction projects.




You will be confident working with multiple stakeholders and adaptable to working across different regions and environments.
You will also have:
A minimum of 10 years' experiencein Project Management or a related construction, engineering role
Qualifications inProject Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline(desirable but not essential)
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
A solid understanding ofcontract administration and management
High attention to detail and aclient-focused approach
A willingness to travel and work collaboratively to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients
Australian work authorisation is required for this role
