Following the award of amajor healthcare project, they are now looking for an experiencedSenior Contract Administrator/ Senior QSto join their commercial team.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the wider project delivery team, you will take ownership of thefinancial and contractual managementof a major construction project from procurement through to final accounts.
The project is located in theSouth West region of WA, with occasional site visits required throughout the project lifecycle.
The role will beprimarily Perth-based, while supporting the successful delivery of this significant development.
About You
We are looking for an experienced commercial professional who can confidently manage the contractual and financial side of a major project.
You will have:




Relevant tertiary qualifications inConstruction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Previous experience as aSenior Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor within commercial construction.
Proven experience delivering projects valued at$50M+.
Solid knowledge ofprocurement and contract management.
Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
The ability to build strong relationships withsubcontractors, consultants and clients.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience acrosshealthcare, government or complex commercial projectswill be highly regarded.
