As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day leadership & commercial performance of the Canning Vale store.
You will lead from the front, setting clear expectations for your team while creating a culture where people are accountable, motivated & focused on delivering results.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching & developing the store team
Driving sales, gross profit & overall store profitability
Growing the customer base & developing repeat business
Managing KPIs & taking action to improve performance
Managing stock, purchasing & inventory control
Maximising workshop productivity & efficiency
Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers & local businesses
Identifying new business opportunities & driving local sales initiatives
Maintaining a safe, clean & skilled workplace




We aren't looking for someone who simply wants to manage a roster.
We're looking for aleader who wants to own the result.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, Workshop Manager or similar leadership role
Experience within the tyre, automotive, mechanical or related industry
Strong commercial awareness & an understanding of sales, margins, productivity & profitability
A proven ability to coach, motivate & develop a team
Excellent organisational & problem solving skills
A proactive approach to sales & business development
A strong work ethic & genuine desire to succeed
Most importantly, you will be someone whotakes ownership.
You identify opportunities, make decisions & hold yourself & your team accountable for the result.
