We understand that traditional full-time hours don't suit everyone.
While this role is available full-time, Monday to Friday, we're also open to discussing flexible working hours that support a better work-life balance while meeting the needs of our team.
JoinCapral Aluminium, Australia's largest aluminium extruder and distributor, as anAdministrative Supportteam member at our Campbellfield Regional Distribution Centre.
Enjoy a varied administrative role, working alongside a supportive team and helping keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the RDC
Complete data entry and maintain accurate system records
Prepare, process and maintain documentation and operational records
Assist with reporting and general administrative coordination
Support activities relating to customer orders and deliveries
Liaise with customers, transport providers, suppliers and internal teams
Support the team with safety, service and continuous improvement activities

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who:
Has robust organisational skills and can manage competing priorities
Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
Is confident using computers and administrative systems
Communicates effectively with customers, colleagues and service providers
Is reliable, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team
Experience in administration, warehousing, distribution or logistics would be an advantage, as would familiarity with SAP or a similar ERP system.
However, we're also open to candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
