You'll be the first and last impression for every patient—and a vital part of our amazing Reception team.

A typical day will include:
Welcoming patientsand making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Managing appointmentswith professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
Coordinating with our clinical teamsto keep schedules running smoothly and on time.
Handling administrative tasks, including patient records, data entry, and correspondence.
Processing payments and health fund claimsaccurately and efficiently.
Maintaining accurate patient informationwithin the practice management system (D4W).
You'll thrive in this role if you...
Have 2+ yearsprevious dental reception experience
Arefriendly, people-focusedandteam-oriented
Have experience withDental4Windows (D4W)or are a quick learner
Are a confidentmultitaskerwithgreat communicationandinitiative
