About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to be thefriendly first point of contactfor the business, delivering a outstanding customer experience while keeping the office running smoothly.
As part of a small team, some of your responsibilities will include:
Being thefirst point of contactfor customers and visitors, by phone, email and in person
Assisting theCustomer Service Teamto deliver a great client experience




Responding to customer enquiries andresolving issues and complaintswith a proactive, solution-driven approach
Maintaining accurate records and handling day-to-day administration using theMS Office Suite and internal systems
Communicating clearly withcustomers and colleaguesto keep things moving
Supporting the wider office teamacross a variety of tasks as needed
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Abackground in customer servicein a similar role
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High proficiency in MS Office Suiteand the ability to learn new systems quickly
