Tumby Bay Area School is seeking a motivated and capable Director of Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) to lead our service and support the ongoing development of a high-quality, inclusive and engaging program for children and families.
A key feature of this role is flexibility.
The successful applicant will have the chance to negotiate hours and the structure of the position.
Key responsibilities
Lead the OSHC service
Support the ongoing development of a high-quality, inclusive and engaging program for children and families
About you
Sound leadership, operational and financial management skills
The ability to build positive relationships with children, families and staff
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place




Sound IT skills
Experience in leading or contributing to a high-quality OSHC or education setting
Diploma or Degree level qualification approved by ACECQA
All mandatory Department for Education requirements
