Troocoo Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full time night-duty position at a residential aged care facility in Tenterfield, NSW.
Immediate start available with temporary accommodation provided to assist your transition.
You will deliver person-centred care, assess and monitor residents, administer medications, and work collaboratively with care staff to uphold high clinical governance and aged care standards while ensuring resident safety and comfort.
