You will provide senior nursing leadership across six operating theatres and one procedure room, ensuring safe, patient-centred care in a quick-paced perioperative environment.
Collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams, you will optimise patient flow, theatre utilisation, governance and staff development to deliver
