Live-site project
You'll be delivering a $4m new build project located in the Central Coast, from now until the end of February.
Our client is a commercial building & construction company, known for their high-quality practices.
They are now seeking an experiencedSite Managerto join their team on a contract basis.
You will be responsible for the delivery on either a $4m commercial project, you'll [sic] will be responsible for safe, efficient, and accurate supervision of trades and sub-contractors on site to achieve project milestones.
You'll be expected to manage quality, ensure that programme is being delivered to time and to the correct cost, you'll be managing all logistics and on site programme.
Candidates need to have experience successfully delivering projects of this magnitude from inception to completion.
Projects they work on are live site environments.
Qualifications and Requirements:




Trade or building related Qualification
Minimum 5 to 10yrs years' experience in site supervision of construction projects including planning, programming and management of onsite staff / subcontractors
Construction Safety Induction (White) card
Senior First Aid Certificate
Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards relating to building sites
Proven ability to lead and motivate subcontractors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
