Casual or part time 4-5 shifts a week, mostly evenings with Sun - Tues nights off.

Gemini Wine Bar is looking for a Senior Front of House team member for 4–5 shifts a week.
You'll work alongside our Venue Manager, helping keep service running smoothly and looking after our guests and regulars.
We're a community-focused wine bar and restaurant on Sydney Road, also open daily for coffee, pastries and pantry, with a friendly team focused on high-quality experiences.
The role
4–5 shifts a week, mostly evenings including Fri and Sat nights, plus at least one Sundayday a month
Delivering polished, warm table and bar service
Assisting the Venue Manager to keep the floor flowing and standards high
Talking wine with guests and guiding them through our list




Assistingwithclosing a couple of nights a week, including cash-off and lock-up
You'll suit this if you have
A real passion for creating incredible experiences for guests, from the first hello to the last glass
A solid working knowledge of wine and confidence recommending it to guests
A love of looking after people, remembering names and making regulars feel at home
Confidence on a busy dinner service
A calm, reliable and responsible approach
A team-first attitude and happiness to pitch in wherever it's needed
WSET or hospitality trade qualifications are a bonus
