Footprints Community Ltd is seeking a dedicated qualified for a hybrid clinical role within the Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS).
The role combines Clinical Assessor, Triage Delegate and Assessment Delegate functions to support holistic aged care assessments using wellness and reablement approaches.
Salary ranges from $105,577 to $110,359 plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits up to $15,900.
