The role focuses on documenting and improving critical business processes, working closely with stakeholders to deliver efficiency, accuracy, and improved customer outcomes.
You will facilitate workshops, map processes with BPMN/SIPOC/RACI, identify automation opportunities, and support end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.
Experience in a retail workplace is highly regarded.
