You will help lead a large FOH group, manage rosters, ordering, recruitment and reporting, and partner with our events crew to deliver memorable in-venue experiences.
The role requires weekend, night, and public holiday availability, robust customer service, and a proactive approach to staff training and safety.
RSA certification is essential.
