CSL Behring is seeking two Operational Excellence Managers to join the Broadmeadows manufacturing site.
You will embed the CSL Operating System, drive productivity improvements and lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the value stream.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing or Operational Excellence, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) with robust stakeholder engagement and data-driven problem-solving skills.
