What you'll be doing
Being the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers – from drop‐off to pick‐up
Booking in jobs and keeping the workshop schedule running smoothly
Supporting the branch departments with administration and invoicing
Following every job through to completion so nothing slips through the cracks
What you'll bring




Proven customer service and/or office administration skills
Dealership or service advisor experience – a big plus, but the right skills and attitude count just as much
A positive, friendly, team‐first approach
A sharp eye for detail and the drive to see things through
Excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Confidence with computers and Microsoft Office
