HR Manager - 9 month FTC (3/4 days a week)
About the roleWe're excited to be partnering with a growing, owner led organisation seeking an experiencedPart Time HR Managerto establish and lead their HR function.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a people first culture, support business growth, and shape the HR strategy from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
Provide hands-on, generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle
Drive culture and engagement initiatives across a diverse workforce
Provide IR advice and support, particularly within warehouse operations
Manage Award interpretation and compliance
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning
Partner with global stakeholders to align HR practices
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team
What We're Looking For:




Proven experience setting up a HR function from scratch
Solid culture focus with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
Solid exposure to Awards and industrial relations, particularly in a warehouse environment
Experience working in fast-paced, owner-led businesses
Exposure to global businesses or working with international teams
A true HR generalist with hands-on operational and strategic capability
Comfortable working autonomously and reporting directly to the CEO
