What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering friendly, efficient and professional service to our valued members and guests
Assisting patrons in the gaming lounge with machine operations and general enquiries
Maintaining a clean,



protected and welcoming gaming environment
Handling payouts, float balancing, and cashiering duties with accuracy
Ensuring compliance with RSA and RSG regulations at all times
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
Previous gaming or hospitality experience (desirable but not essential)
Current RSA & RSG certificates, Current Police Check (mandatory)
