Nobby Kitchens is seeking an experiencedRetail Sales Managerto lead our retail stores.
This is a full-time position where you will drive sales performance, lead a dedicated team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
As Retail Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of our store retail operations, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service whilst achieving ambitious sales targets.
This role offers the strategic importance of directly impacting store profitability and brand reputation within the local community.
Key responsibilities
Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Managing day-to-day store retail operations, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness standards
Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Training, coaching and developing team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge
Creating an engaging in-store workplace that showcases products effectively and encourages customer engagement
Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and implement improvements
Overseeing scheduling, rostering and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborating with head office to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities
What we're looking for
Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably within the kitchens, home furnishings, or similar retail environment
Strong demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members




Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Strong organisational and administrative abilities with proficiency in retail systems and point-of-sale software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset
Preferred: Experience in the kitchen or home improvement retail sector and knowledge of kitchen design or products
