You will work across a broad client base from start-ups to medium-sized businesses, with a mix of BAU and project work.
You should have 5+ years in technical support, 2+ years at Level 3+, robust Microsoft stack skills (Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange), networking across switches/routers/firewalls, and excellent communication.
