Casphone is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager for the Mackay Kiosk.
You will lead the store team, drive sales, manage stock and purchasing, and ensure excellent customer service across retail and repair services.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, inventory control and store profitability, with responsibilities spanning supplier liaison, promotions, repairs coordination and WHS compliance.
This is a full time role in Mackay, QLD.
