Fogarty Search is partnering with a growing boutique Melbourne firm to appoint an experienced senior lawyer to lead its litigation and insolvency practice.
The firm has built a reputation for strong, long-term client relationships and practical, commercially focused advice, and offers considerable autonomy to a senior lawyer looking to help shape and grow the practice as the firm continues to expand.
This opportunity will suit a motivated lawyer with at least 8 to 10+ years' PQE in commercial litigation, ideally gained in a well-regarded mid-tier, large or specialist commercial firm, with robust technical expertise in commercial disputes and insolvency.
This is a refreshingly different opportunity compared to others you'll see within private practice.




With an established team and client base, the aim here is to ensure great leadership and mentoring is provided to your colleagues and client confidence is maintained.
It's about as close as you can get to anin-house environment; normal working hours andno billable targets.
You'll actually be able to have an excellent level ofwork/life balancethat will be unlikely to be matched in a law firm.
