MYOB Practice Management (MPM) is seeking a Product Experience Analyst to provide real-time guidance to the Customer Experience team and to resolve complex MPM cases.
You will work with Product Managers, Developers and Professional Services to improve user experiences across the product suite.
Ideal candidates will have 12+ months in a MYOB contact centre, robust SQL skills, and experience with Jira, Confluence and the Microsoft Office stack.
