Silverchain is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Hospital in the Home Service in Maddington on a Permanent Full time basis.
You will work across Monday–Sunday, 7.00am–9.00pm (7.6 hours per day) with weekend penalty rates, providing meaningful one-on-one care in the community.
Applicants should have 2+ years post-grad nursing experience, with Acute Care and ED/community nursing advantages.
AHPRA registration, WWCC and a valid Australian driver's licence are required.
