As a Receptionist, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Services Kew.

Things that work for us
General reception duties including ad hoc and project-based administration
Answering telephones in a polite and timely manner and assist with general enquiries
Efficiently managing the staff telephone directory
Meet and greet all visitors/guests in a friendly and helpful manner
General housekeeping duties of front reception area – ensuring that it is clean and tidy at all times
Assist with meeting room bookings including room set up, cleaning, catering and AV
Any other administrative duties as required as directed by the Residential Care Services Manager
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
National Criminal History Check
Full Time position based onsite at St Vincent's Care Kew.
