The role supports performance management, culture, and compliance across AU, US, and UK/EU with LMS administration and HRIS upkeep.
Hybrid options from Mornington or remote arrangements are available for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in HR, familiarity with Australian employment law, and a proactive, privacy-conscious approach working with senior leadership.
